Nurturing Potential Through Tailored Therapy
Occupational Therapy (OT)
Occupational Therapy helps children develop the skills they need to succeed in everyday life. Our licensed occupational therapists focus on:
- Fine motor skills (using hands for writing, cutting, buttoning, or tying shoes)
- Sensory processing (helping children respond appropriately to sounds, textures, and movement)
- Self-care skills (feeding, dressing, hygiene, toileting)
- Play and school readiness (attention, problem-solving, coordination)
Through play-based and evidence-based interventions, OT empowers children to build independence, confidence, and joy in their daily routines.
Physical Therapy (PT)
Physical Therapy supports the development of strong, coordinated movement patterns so children can safely and confidently participate in daily activities. Our licensed physical therapists address:
- Gross motor skills (crawling, walking, running, jumping, climbing)
- Balance and coordination
- Posture, strength, and endurance
- Mobility and safe movement (using walkers, wheelchairs, or other adaptive equipment if needed)
PT helps children improve mobility and physical function so they can engage in play, school, sports, and community life.
Speech Therapy (ST)
Speech-Language Therapy enhances a child’s ability to communicate, understand, and interact with the world. Our licensed speech-language pathologists (SLPs) focus on:
Expressive and receptive language (understanding and using words, sentences, and stories)
Articulation and speech clarity
Social communication skills (conversation, turn-taking, eye contact)
Feeding and swallowing therapy (for children with oral-motor or sensory feeding difficulties)
Speech therapy gives children the tools to be heard, understood, and connected.
Early Intervention (Through Early Steps)
Early Intervention is critical in the first three years of life when the brain is developing most rapidly. Through Florida’s Early Steps program, our certified early interventionists work with families to support children with developmental delays or disabilities. Focus areas include:
Communication and language
Motor skills (fine and gross motor development)
Social and emotional growth
Play and early learning skills
Daily routines at home and in the community
By coaching parents and caregivers, Early Intervention ensures children build strong foundations for future success.
Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy
ABA Therapy is an evidence-based approach to teaching and reinforcing meaningful skills while reducing barriers to learning. Our team includes Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs), and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who provide individualized programs focused on:
Behavior management (reducing challenging behaviors in a positive way)
Daily living skills (toileting, dressing, hygiene, mealtime routines)
Communication and language development
Social skills (making friends, sharing, playing with others)
School readiness and learning strategies
ABA therapy empowers children to thrive in home, school, and community settings, while also supporting parents with tools and strategies for success.
